I have to say, my stay at this hotel was simply wonderful. The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from both the center of Krakow and Kazimierz, and the rooms have this amazing charm that really adds to the whole experience. However, there were some noise issues at night that slightly affected my sleep. The service was fantastic overall, with the staff going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, right next to the wall and offers good value for money. The rooms, though a bit poky and airless, are from Old Town square, and the noisy neighbors can be a bother. The dining experience is extremely good but could be a little expensive. The noise and vibration from the trams, even on the fourth floor, might be a drawback.

The rooms are a little poky and airless, not helped by a radiator that wouldn't completely turn off despite the best efforts of the porter. They have a different condition, and noisy neighbors can be heard when entering their apartments from Old Town square.

The service was very distracted at times, but they managed to solve the broken door problem promptly. The staff drove us out, waited on us at the camp until we were done, and drove us back in an airconditioned van which was lovely in the heat from both the Wawel and the Old Town square.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was extremely convenient, allowing easy access to the attractions of the city. The dining experience was not remarkable.
