a mixed bag of experiences.

dirty ironabsent staff

The room REALLY didn't match the photos online. The website showed something much nicer. I found a dirty iron. staff seemed absent a lot of the time, like they couldn't be bothered. ALSO, getting a ride was tricky because Uber couldn't find the address. Something about being in a weird zone.

The room was quite disappointing. It did not resemble the photos online. The iron provided was dirty and broken. The staff seemed to be consistently absent. There was no one readily available to address any concerns. It was frustrating.

i was charmed by the location. main attractions were easily accessible by foot, i was so pleased. the room was a delight, lovely and bright, and clean. julie at reception was nice, friendly, and very helpful to me.

the wooden floor made noise. i was woken up several times at dawn by other guests walking in rooms nearby.

a convenient cafe is on the premises, made breakfast simple. the breakfast consists of bread, ham, cheese, juice, and vegetables that were delivered directly to my door. the food was fresh and tasty!

i stayed for a few days and liked it. the receptionist helped me every time i needed something, which i appreciated. my hotel room had everything i needed. i found the staff very kind and helpful, and they let me check in earlier.

the carpet looked dark and dirty. i also noticed some cracks on the walls.

the location was central it was close to the castle and the old town

the room was not properly cleaned the cleaning service only emptied the bin and replaced the toilet paper there were also unwashed cups in the room
